Prepare for a journey which goes beyond the senses of sight, smell, touch, taste and hearing. Quality and perfectly-tuned music will be the start. Mesmerizing colours, textures and smells will be the messengers of the tasty nourishment you will savour, prepared with natural ingredients, great care and much love, so that it becomes a delight for your Body and Soul.

All dishes in our Restaurant are prepared with passion and knowledge. Taste being the supreme goal of our kitchen, spices are like fine magical powders, each with its own personality and story.

- We use Organic/Bio ingredients, so that your body can enjoy nature at its best.

- Only Whole Wheat Flour is used, since it has three times more vitamins and five times more calcium, magnesium phosphorus compared to classical white flour. Additionally, Whole Wheat Flour does not add to your weight.

- The Sugar we use is Organic Unrefined Raw Cane Sugar, with its special aroma and taste, without any of the side effects associated with white refined sugar.

- In the kitchen, we use only Sea-Salt, while in the Salon we offer Pink Himalayan Salt, both of which are 100% natural, contain all minerals required by the body, are unrefined and do not contain any chemical additives or anti-agglomerants.

- Drinks and food at “Casa Satya” are prepared with Ionized Alkaline Water, which research has shown is detoxifying, rejuvenating, healing and especially effective in neutralizing free radicals. If you’d like to know more on the subject, feel free to ask us.

- If you step inside during the day and you suddenly feel like you’re in heaven, let us explain: it’s our Full Spectrum Sun-like light. Even though you are indoors, you can still enjoy the same healing and stimulating effects of solar light.
